The Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) is looking for a Records Coordinator (TRAC) to oversee the management of industry records in accordance with EPA regulations. This role involves the organization of electronic document storage through the Pretreatment Information Management System (PIMS) as well as the handling of physical files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming correspondence by opening, sorting, and distributing mail.
- Scan, file, and archive documents related to the Industrial Pretreatment Program.
- Input and maintain data within the PIMS system.
- Ensure the integrity and compliance of industrial files with EPA standards.
- Stay updated on EPA requirements and recommend procedural improvements as necessary.
- Log and track mail received and its distribution to relevant personnel.
This position requires completion of a certificate program or a two-year degree in Business, Computer Science, or Records Management, along with two years of direct experience in records management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
