Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Director to join our team at International Medical Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving profitability targets within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets for assigned territory
  • Develop and grow a pipeline of prospects to meet or exceed assigned revenue goals
  • Have a deep knowledge and understanding of the IMG product line and services and have the ability to utilize all tools to grow book of business
  • Understand and position the strengths and vulnerabilities of each of International Medical Group, Inc. major competitors
  • Create and deliver presentations to insurance producers, employers and other key stakeholders at industry functions, business meetings and other events
  • Interact and engage with multiple departments and leaders in the company to ensure high levels of service and support are provided, resulting in acceptable levels of producer and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a business development or account management role
  • High performer with demonstrated results in achieving revenue and profitability targets
  • Consultative sales skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven results in achieving revenue and profitability targets
  • Conscientious attention to detail
  • Ability to travel as needed - 30% of time
  • Ability to work within established sales performance metrics
Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • Experience working in the travel industry and or insurance industry
  • Experience working with CRM tools to grow territory sales distribution opportunities
