Franchise Sales Director Opportunity

Steak n Shake is seeking a highly skilled Franchise Sales Director to lead our franchise development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new franchise development opportunities, building relationships with potential franchisees, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new franchise development opportunities in alignment with our U.S. development plan
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential franchisees, including multi-unit and area development agreements
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive franchise growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Training, Engineering, and Real Estate, to support franchise development
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to franchisees and potential franchisees
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of franchising sales experience, preferably with a large QSR brand
  • 5+ years of experience managing a sales team and driving sales results
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with a clear understanding of the franchise business model
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with franchisees and internal stakeholders
