Job DescriptionThis role involves leading the delivery of high-quality Human Resources and Leadership services within an enterprise-wide Human Resources program operating in a classified environment. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with multiple clients and consultants to provide specialized support services and ensure the successful implementation of HR systems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support services and delivery of Human Resources and Leadership services to clients and consultants.
  • Maintain knowledge of a large solution portfolio and navigate multiple HR technology platforms.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices of HR systems and solutions.
  • Implement research or analysis plans to drive project success.
  • Produce accurate, edited work products and deliverables.
  • Ensure desired results by determining and allocating appropriate resources.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders through regular detailed reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR business management experience, with familiarity with Government policies and procedures preferred.
  • Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
