About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee our human resources functions and office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing talent development and engagement strategies, administering employee benefit plans, and managing payroll processing.

Responsibilities
  • Talent Development and Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a talent development strategy that aligns with the organization's core values.
  • Employee Benefits: Administer employee benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, flexible spending, 401(k), and pension plans.
  • Payroll Processing: Oversee semi-monthly payroll processing and review employee leave balance record keeping.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, applicant screening, and onboarding new employees.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes, manage salary administration programs, and conduct annual salary surveys.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in human resources, with 4-5 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in talent development, employee benefits, and payroll processing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
