Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Develop Data Collection Instruments: Create data collection instruments, databases, and procedure manuals to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Provide Data Interpretation and Insights: Interpret data to key stakeholders and leadership, identifying patterns and abnormalities, and presenting analyses of key metrics and trends.
  • Develop and Deliver Reports: Prepare and deliver data analysis reports, summary reports, and oral and written presentations to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives, scope, and expected deliverables are understood.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a business, health sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years of related experience, including at least 3 years of applied data analysis projects.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge and use of SAS/SQL software, exceptional analytic and problem-solving skills, and demonstrated experience/skills in appropriate computer, statistical, or database applications.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, time management/organization skills, and interpersonal skills necessary to interact successfully with a wide range of individuals.
