ABA Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Interventionist to join our team at Cortica. As a Behavioral Interventionist, you will work with children with autism and other developmental differences, providing play-based ABA therapy in various settings.

• Implement positive behavior strategies as developed and analyzed with the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Work in the home, community, school, clinic, or other designated settings with children and their families providing direct behavior-analytic care
• Assist with individualized assessment procedures through preference assessments and data collection

• Experience working with children, preferably in a behavioral intervention or ABA therapy setting
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Availability in the early and late afternoons, with occasional Saturday work
• Current RBT or BCAT certification, or willingness to obtain BCAT credential via Cortica's paid training program
