Job Description:
The Bilingual Spanish Call Center Financial Services Representative is a key member of our team at Bell Soft LLC, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through financial solutions. This role combines service and sales responsibilities, providing expert advice on financial products while ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build and strengthen client relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending the best products, services, and solutions.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, providing personalized solutions that meet their needs.
- Product Sales: Promote and fulfill banking products such as checking and savings accounts, credit cards, Certificates of Deposit (CDs), Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), and loans.
- Referral Generation: Identify client needs for specialized services and refer them to relevant Line of Business partners.
- Quotation: Provide accurate quotes for rates, terms, and programs for various banking solutions.
- Risk Management: Mitigate risk in transactions by leveraging available tools.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma / GED / equivalent
- Experience:
- At least one year of experience in sales, with a focus on cross-selling, upselling, or referring products
- Intermediate proficiency in computers

- Language: Fluent in Spanish and English
- Availability: Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
