Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Day Porter to join our team at EDGE Building Services, Inc. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Common Areas: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including parking lots, sidewalks, smoking areas, dumpster enclosures, and other designated spaces.
  • Restrooms: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of restrooms, including spot cleaning surfaces, checking and restocking paper products, and emptying trash receptacles.
  • Miscellaneous: Perform various tasks as assigned by the Property Manager and/or Building Engineer, including reporting any maintenance or repair issues.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 10 lbs or more and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
