Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new client business using external knowledge of target markets
  • Assess customer goals and needs and provide comprehensive advice on banking products
  • Stay up-to-date on financial products and services to provide the best advice and optimize cross-selling potential
  • Coordinate client meetings with product specialists to support the sale of products and services
  • Identify potential customer issues and escalate them to the relevant units for resolution
  • Seek constant feedback from customers and identify quality issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in required training and corporate events to stay current on industry developments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files on each relationship for business development and BSA/AML purposes
  • Review anti-money laundering activity reports and investigate any unusual activity
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or JD/Law degree
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (a plus)
  • Proven interest in capital markets and applied knowledge of banking regulations
  • Superior sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage large relationship accounts independently
