Job Summary

Becker & Poliakoff, P.A. is seeking a highly skilled Community Association Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Community Association and Construction Practice Groups, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing expansion strategies, and increasing brand awareness within the community association and construction industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to meet with clients and community association managers to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Attend trade shows, expos, industry lunches, award banquets, classes, and other related functions to network and promote our services.
  • Gather intelligence on potential new clients and forward leads to attorneys and marketing.
  • Schedule meetings for attorneys with potential new clients and advise on attendance at events.
  • Follow up with attorneys to monitor new business development progress and assess the value of our participation in various associations and organizations.
  • Network daily by phone, site visits, and/or attendance at events and track new and existing relationships using our Client Relations Management (CRM) system.
  • Prepare and submit weekly lead generation reports to attorneys/marketing.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and relay this information to attorneys/marketing in a timely manner.

  • Strong organization and negotiating skills.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when necessary.
  • The ability to travel regularly, specifically throughout Florida.
  • High energy, self-starter mentality.
  • A high degree of professionalism.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or an equivalent.
  • Extensive knowledge of or experience working within the property management and/or community association industries.
  • Must have sales and/or lead generation experience.
  • Experience in a similar role would be an advantage, including white glove client-service centered role.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
