Job Summary

In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Managing change orders, including requests and follow-ups.
  • Handling Compliance Assurance Plan (CAP) requests.
  • Conducting Eco Plus site assessments.
  • Creating and verifying sales orders.
  • Reviewing payment applications and approving invoices.
  • Assisting with collections.

Duties & Functions

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Change Order Management: Creating, verifying, and following up on change orders, collaborating with project coordinators and sales teams.
  • Compliance Assurance Plan Requests: Working with project teams to compile necessary documentation and ensuring compliance.
  • Eco Plus Site Visits: Conducting site visits to assess environmental and sustainability standards.
  • Payment Application Verification: Reviewing and signing off on payment applications.
  • Invoice Approval: Reviewing and approving vendor invoices, ensuring alignment with project terms.
  • Collections Assistance: Collaborating with finance teams to resolve outstanding payments.
  • Project Management Support: Creating new project files and coordinating with project administrators.
