Hourly Compensation Range - $18.50 to $20.00

WIS Retail Inventory Specialist Job Overview:


This team collaborates with a select group of specialty retailers, providing tailored merchandising support to meet their specific business requirements.

As a representative of our organization, you are expected to embody our Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork within a positive, safe, and inclusive atmosphere.

Your schedule will involve specific retail clients, offering additional services such as merchandise returns, resets, and various retail assignments.

Team Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must possess reliable transportation
  • Must hold a valid driver's license

  • Have no prior experience or are re-entering the workforce

  • Do not possess a high school or college diploma


Preferred candidates include those with experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Picker, Packer, Driver, and/or Warehouse roles.

Working Conditions:


This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, occasional walking, and repetitive hand and wrist motions; frequent low-level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; frequent use of a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 lbs.; and the ability to travel frequently by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
