Role Summary: In the capacity of our Customer Service Vehicle Attendant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding services to our visitors.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with warmth and offer assistance upon their arrival.
  • Act as the representative of our service department and dealership.
  • Facilitate the pickup and drop-off of customer vehicles.
  • Prepare software systems for vehicle collection and delivery.
  • Coordinate loaner vehicles for customers requiring temporary transportation.
  • Manage documentation and contracts for customers utilizing loaner services.
  • Adhere to company protocols, safety regulations, and operational procedures.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Basic computer and technical skills are necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
  • Availability for weekend, evening, and holiday shifts.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

This position involves working both indoors and outdoors, as well as on the road. Frequent movement is required to engage with customers and collaborate with other departments. Regular activities include talking, listening, standing, walking, and sitting. Consistent attendance is expected, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
