Product Marketing Manager

At Tideworks, we're seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our product strategy through the development of compelling product narratives and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our solutions in the market.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including feature rollouts, campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate with product management to align product roadmaps with market demand and customer feedback.
  • Create and manage sales enablement materials to support the sales process.
  • Drive content creation for marketing campaigns, including whitepapers, webinars, blogs, and thought leadership materials.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and develop customer success stories that showcase product value and outcomes.
  • Monitor competitive intelligence and provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to product marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in a similar position or related work experience in a marketing capacity.
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry a plus.
  • Proven experience in product marketing within an enterprise software or technology environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling narratives and value propositions.
  • Experience with go-to-market strategies, including product launches, demand generation, and sales enablement.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Professional Services, and Marketing teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
