Position Summary

We are in search of a meticulous and knowledgeable Payroll Administrator to enhance our operations. The Payroll Administrator will be tasked with the precise and timely processing of payroll, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Duties
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees
  • Calculate employee wages, deductions, and applicable taxes
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll matters
  • Generate and distribute payroll reports as required
  • Collaborate effectively with Human Resources and accounting departments
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification as a Payroll Professional (CPP)
  • Experience with payroll management software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective communication skills
