You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Social Media, which offers a valuable opportunity to acquire practical experience and insights from seasoned professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the social media team in crafting and implementing marketing initiatives.
  • Facilitate daily operations and aid in the organization of User-Generated Content (UGC).
  • Conduct research to discover potential influencer collaborations that resonate with our brand ethos.
  • Manage communication with influencers throughout the onboarding process, including scheduling introductory meetings, preparing agreements, and overseeing content creation.
  • Collaborate with influencers to ensure timely content delivery while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Monitor and manage campaigns through influencer management software, providing performance analytics for influencer initiatives.
  • Support the team with administrative duties and project management as required.
  • Stay informed about current social media trends and industry developments.
  • Comfort with being on camera is an advantage.

Essential Skills:

  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and writing abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in communications or marketing.
  • Previous experience in influencer marketing or social media is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
