About the Role:

Parker is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a Maintenance Mechanic at Parker, you will be responsible for:

  • Reading, interpreting, and working from plans, drawings, and specifications to estimate materials needed for tasks.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing plant equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Building, installing, troubleshooting, rebuilding, and repairing plant equipment and facilities to meet the needs of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
