Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily program objectives and ensure the precise execution of tasks.
  • Lead and support on-site personnel to maintain high performance standards.
  • Collaborate with the Program Supervisor and Operations Manager on operational metrics, tasks, KPIs, and projects.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to meet delivery timelines.
  • Address inquiries and escalations from key clients via phone, email, or in person.
  • Facilitate effective communication among internal team members to accomplish tasks and share information.
  • Manage the dissemination of tasks, deliverables, safety protocols, and other communications to stakeholders.
  • Foster a motivating team environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines for team members.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to new and existing employees, recommending additional training as necessary.
  • Work closely with HR to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the implementation of new projects, programs, and initiatives.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and customer service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role; semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
  • Prior managerial or supervisory experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of systems and experience with various software applications.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Aptitude for identifying team needs and ensuring customer satisfaction across departments.
  • Experience with multinational organizations is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and administrative skills.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems like SAP is advantageous.
  • A degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
