Position Overview

The Culinary Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations of the assigned restaurant. This role involves ensuring that sales and profit targets are met through the effective implementation and management of company policies and standards. You will lead the kitchen staff, ensuring that every aspect of food preparation and service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage back-of-house operations, ensuring compliance with all company standards.

Physical Requirements

This position requires extensive standing and walking, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry trays of food products. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

A high school diploma is required, with some college education preferred. Candidates should have 1-2 years of managerial experience in the food service industry.
