Position Summary:
We are currently in search of a Mechanical Operations Technician to join our team in managing our state-of-the-art facilities.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $24 - $32/hr., depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
The Mechanical Operations Technician will:

  • Exhibit a strong commitment to personal and process safety, contributing to a robust safety culture.
  • Work collaboratively with the Regenis team and external maintenance contractors.
  • Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation in learning and adhering to facility processes.
  • Respond promptly to communications and site alarms.
  • Be available for rotating on-call duties as needed.
  • Monitor and document instrument data accurately.
  • Enter data related to operational performance and maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct both planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures for facility maintenance.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot various pumps, motors, and equipment.
  • Perform oil and filter changes on equipment.
  • Ensure cleanliness and operational efficiency of the facility.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be drug-free, including cannabis, and able to pass drug tests.
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
  • Availability to work all shifts and on-call periods.
  • Experience in dairy operations is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Capability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.
