Role Summary:

The Pharmacy Technician plays a crucial role in the daily functions of CerebralRx. This position requires delivering outstanding customer service while streamlining operational processes. A solid grasp of the pharmacy sector is essential, along with effective communication skills and a strong sense of integrity. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is motivated by a commitment to enhancing patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee remote and on-site prescription data entry for CerebralRx.
  • Prepare and dispense medications accurately for patients.
  • Assist clients with any pharmacy-related issues that may arise.
  • Manage prior authorization processes efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory assessments.
  • Engage in meaningful interactions with patients through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate effectively with prescribers and medical staff to resolve prescription issues.
  • Navigating proprietary EMR systems proficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Active and valid Florida Board of Pharmacy technician registration.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Home office equipped with reliable internet access ensuring client confidentiality.
  • Preferred qualifications include:
    • PTCB certification or equivalent.
    • Experience in mail-order and central fill pharmacy operations.
    • Familiarity with EnterpriseRx and EMR systems.
    • Leadership or supervisory experience.
