We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a critical member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional personalized service to our clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
  • Work closely with financial advisors to identify opportunities to create efficiency and drive business growth.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and new office technology, and be willing to learn how financial services and markets work.
