Job Summary:

The Contract Administrator – Delivery & Pricing provides efficient procedural and clerical support between Electronics and customer contacts. This role is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring customer requirements, and scheduling deliveries to meet customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Works cooperatively with all Beaver Aerospace personnel to ensure excellent customer service
  • Uses the Internet to monitor customer requirements, government updates, new sales opportunities, and representations
  • Reviews customer delivery requirements and schedules deliveries to match customer needs
  • Keeps up to date on ERP system use and provides support and training for other employees
  • Starts RFQ's, quotes units, receives and processes orders for all XG jobs
  • Constantly reviews job priorities and pricing
  • Assists individual departments with special projects as necessary or when appropriate
  • Utilizes telephone, fax, and email services to prepare, answer, relay, or direct necessary information to appropriate personnel, business contacts, and customers
  • Uses scanning and copying equipment to reproduce documents, manuals, and presentations and distributes appropriately
Qualifications:

  • Experience as Planner, Buyer with contract management exposures would be desirable
  • Efficient use of computer-based data entry systems such as MS Office/Oracle/PDF
