Customer Service Representative

Position Overview: A Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clientele by fostering strong relationships with both parents and children. This position is centered around consistently fulfilling customer needs and surpassing their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service that goes beyond expectations.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all Sutton Swim School policies and procedures and communicate them effectively.
  • Manage and respond to emails and voicemails utilizing strong communication skills.
  • Execute daily operational tasks efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Customer Service and familiarity with iClass is preferred.
  • Availability to work 2-3 shifts per week in a customer service capacity.
  • Understanding of Sutton Swim's teaching program and levels (successful completion of a swimming levels quiz is required).
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both in-person and through various mediums.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and strong organizational abilities.
