PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS
  • Assess the completion of commissioning test results submitted by subcontractors, vendors, and internal quality teams against established test protocols.
  • Ensure test results are prepared for inclusion in a comprehensive report for specific project areas, along with any identified outstanding items.
  • Establish a process for compiling test reports for client submission and/or for subsystem handover to different testing entities.
  • Develop and implement a test report compilation process that can eventually be managed by non-technical personnel.
  • Review test procedures from subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams prior to client submission.
  • Create internal testing protocols and plans.
  • Conduct audits of system and subsystem completions, document findings, and provide recommendations for addressing identified issues.
  • Lead and coordinate punch list walkdowns, meetings, and punch list closures.
  • Examine engineering drawings, turnover documents, and commissioning procedures to ensure appropriate testing provisions are in place.
  • Collaborate with experienced personnel engaged in pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, and operational activities.
  • Analyze and provide independent recommendations for resolving complex issues in alignment with organizational and project objectives.
  • Effectively organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Plan and manage personal work assignments while executing tasks as directed by management.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and global standards.
