Job Summary:

As a Call Center Representative for the APCC program, you will be responsible for providing education, enrollment, and helpline services to Michigan residents. This role will be remote indefinitely, and you must have a quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and provide assistance to clients navigating the Atypical Provider program

• Help clients with website issues or those without access to the website

• Respond to customer inquiries and problems via phone, recording consistent problem areas

• May respond to email inquiries, with customer service being the primary function

• Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting

• Communicate routine information clearly and accurately with internal and external contacts
