- Assist guests with luggage, providing a seamless and efficient service.
- Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
- Identify and explain room features to guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident in their surroundings.
- Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No related work experience necessary, but a passion for delivering exceptional service is essential.
- No supervisory experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team is a must.
