Service Desk Support Role

Vaco is seeking a skilled Service Desk Support professional to join our team. As a Service Desk Support member, you will be responsible for resolving computer-related issues for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years' experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
