About the Role

This Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist position offers a unique chance to utilize your expertise in logistics management to drive business growth and improve operational performance. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement logistics and sustainment policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with organizational goals and objectives
  • Provide oversight and guidance to logistics teams, ensuring effective execution of logistics and sustainment functions
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize resource utilization
  • Leverage industry best practices to stay ahead of the curve in logistics management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of specialized experience in logistics management, including experience in acquisition logistics activities, data analysis, and communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration
