Job Description:

As a Strategic Program Management Coordinator at DCS Corp, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of complex DoD engineering and technical programs. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and synchronize program management activities for assigned organizations, ensuring seamless communication between leadership and stakeholders.

You will manage program calendars, schedule meetings, record and distribute meeting notes and action items, provide status updates, and electronically store engagement materials. Additionally, you will coordinate documentation, obtain required signatures, and distribute materials for meetings, briefings, and conferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong background in program management, with a minimum of 6 years of experience coordinating and collaborating the management of complex DoD engineering or technical programs. You should also have experience working on military acquisition programs, preferably ground combat vehicle systems, and be familiar with DoDI 5000.02, Army Regulation 70-1, DA Pamphlet 70-3, and Microsoft Excel.

A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, Quality, Production, or a related technical field is required. Desired skills include expertise in the Army Acquisition Process, Adaptive Acquisition Framework, and Acquisition Documentation, as well as proficiency in Project Management Resource Tools and Defense Acquisition Visibility Environment databases.
