**Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the management, oversight, and provision of services in our Outpatient Substance Abuse Programs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Intensive Outpatient Groups, assisting with marketing and coordination of transportation, and collaborating with the Program Director to train and mentor IOP staff.

You will also communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate information, and address complaints. Additionally, you will coordinate day-to-day operations, including treatment planning, progress notes, discharge planning, random drug screening, and maintaining client records.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Mastery's degree in human services discipline, including social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, etc.
  • 2 years' experience working with children (internships, volunteer work, etc.)
  • 5 years' experience in working with substance abuse/co-occurring disorder clients
