Main Responsibilities

1. **PCB Assembly**: Execute the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs) with precision and attention to detail.
2. **Component Placement**: Accurately place various electronic components onto the PCB according to specified design schematics.
3. **Soldering Techniques**: Utilize conventional hand soldering (through-hole) and surface mount technology (SMT) for component attachment.
4. **Wave Flow Soldering**: Implement wave soldering methods to ensure robust connections.
5. **Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough inspection and testing of assembled boards to identify any manufacturing defects or functionality issues.
6. **Final Assembly**: Complete the assembly process, ensuring all components are securely attached and operational.

The Electronics Assembly Technician plays a crucial role in the production of electronic devices, ensuring that all components are assembled correctly and function as intended. This position requires the ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, follow established sample boards, and select appropriate electrical components for assembly.

Additionally, the technician will be responsible for the testing procedures designed to detect and rectify any potential manufacturing faults, component failures, or quality control issues. A solid understanding of various PCB types, including their layers and configurations, is essential.

Effective communication and teamwork skills are vital for success in this role, as collaboration with other team members is often necessary to achieve production goals.

2. **Enclosure Machining**: Perform machining tasks related to enclosures for electronic devices.
3. **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain internal and external reports and documentation related to assembly processes.
