We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Manager to lead our healthcare billing and coding efforts. As the point of contact and liaison between management and our third-party billing contractor, you will be responsible for coordinating billing and collection activities, maximizing payments, and performing audits and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate billing and collection activities
- Maximize payments through effective revenue cycle management
- Perform audits and process improvements to optimize revenue cycle efficiency
- Liaise with management and third-party billing contractor
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, healthcare management, or related field
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and other payors
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management and regulatory agencies
- Knowledge of computer systems, including Cerner, MyEvolv, and Dentrix
