Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Manager to lead our healthcare billing and coding efforts. As the point of contact and liaison between management and our third-party billing contractor, you will be responsible for coordinating billing and collection activities, maximizing payments, and performing audits and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate billing and collection activities
  • Maximize payments through effective revenue cycle management
  • Perform audits and process improvements to optimize revenue cycle efficiency
  • Liaise with management and third-party billing contractor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, healthcare management, or related field
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and other payors
  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle management and regulatory agencies
  • Knowledge of computer systems, including Cerner, MyEvolv, and Dentrix
