Job Summary:

The Revenue Cycle Manager will be responsible for leading the healthcare billing and coding efforts for the Kenaitze Indian Tribe. This position serves as the point of contact and liaison between management and the third-party billing contractor.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate billing and collection activities to maximize payments.
  • Perform audits and implement process improvements.
  • Work closely with management and the billing contractor to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, healthcare management, business administration, or a related field is required. Five years of experience in managing the healthcare revenue cycle, including experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and other payors, is also required. Knowledge of computer systems in Cerner, MyEvolv, and Dentrix is a plus. Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management and Regulatory Agencies is essential. MHA, CPA, or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
