  • Hands on management style and is comfortable in a working manager role.
  • Ability to drill down into the weeds, and can be boots on the ground with denials management.
  • Ability to fill in for other roles when someone is absent.
  • Strong understanding of CPT codes and modifiers.
  • 3+ years of hospital billing experience.
  • Knows payment posting.
