As an Advanced Power Systems Engineer, you will work closely with project engineers and project managers on multidiscipline project teams providing analysis and technical expertise. Your responsibilities will include performing advanced engineering power system studies using software such as ETAP, EasyPower, PSLF, PSS/E, CYMCAP, PSCAD, CDEGS, EMPT, and others. You will also prepare project deliverables, including data gathering requests, accurate study results, technical reports, engineering drawing updates, correspondence, and miscellaneous project documentation. Key Responsibilities: * Perform advanced engineering power system studies using software such as ETAP, EasyPower, PSLF, PSS/E, CYMCAP, PSCAD, CDEGS, EMPT, and others. * Prepare project deliverables, including data gathering requests, accurate study results, technical reports, engineering drawing updates, correspondence, and miscellaneous project documentation. * Collaborate with other engineering disciplines as required. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college. * 3 years of experience in power system design and analysis. * Ability to write technical reports in a clear, concise manner. Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college. * 7 years of Advanced Power System experience in the power generation and/or delivery industry using ETAP and EZPower. * Professional Engineering License (PE). * Experience working as an electrical consultant and managing projects. * Experience writing technical papers or reports.
