Job SummaryThe Counselor Advocate Specialist will provide counseling and advocacy services to clients in our clinics and community settings. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a strong desire to work with clients in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
Responsibilities- Provide counseling and advocacy services to clients in our clinics and community settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle for local travel
We offer a competitive salary range of $15.29 (full time) to $14/hour (PRN/Part-time), depending on education, experience, and licensure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
