About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Master's level Therapists/Counselors to join our team in Hamilton and McMinn Counties. As a Therapist/Counselor with the Helen Ross McNabb Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health services to adults, children, and youth in outpatient settings
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. counseling, psychology, social work)
  • Valid licensure (e.g. LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
  • Relevant experience in mental health settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
