About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Counselor Advocate Specialist to join our team in Hamilton and McMinn Counties. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to clients in our clinics and community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to clients in inpatient or residential settings
  • Supervise and monitor clients to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Perform intakes, inventory belongings, and conduct safety checks
  • Facilitate psychoeducational groups and provide a supportive environment for clients
  • Transport clients to and from appointments and activities
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Driver's license and access to personal vehicle required for local travel
  • PRN/As Needed options available for many positions
  • Salary variance based on population served, travel requirements, on-call expectation, client acuity, and more
