We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Counselor - Advocate - Specialist to join our team at the Helen Ross McNabb Center. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to clients in our clinics and community settings
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct intakes, inventory belongings, and perform safety checks as needed
  • Facilitate psychoeducational groups and provide a supportive environment for clients
  • Transport clients to and from appointments and activities
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for local travel
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
