At Rosedale Golf Club, we are committed to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our members and guests. We are currently seeking a dedicated Golf Operations Supervisor to enhance our outside services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the outside services team, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
  • Manage the golf cart fleet, including the organization, cleaning, and proper storage of carts before and after play.
  • Lead the Outside Staff in delivering outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming members and their guests.
  • Coordinate bag storage, maintain practice areas, and ensure course amenities are replenished throughout the day.
  • Create and manage schedules for outside staff to maintain high service standards.

  • Customer Service: Uphold the highest standards of service and respond promptly to guest needs.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Foster positive interactions and manage conflicts effectively.

Physical Requirements:

The role requires a high level of physical activity, including:

  • Standing, walking, and reaching for the majority of the workday.
  • Lifting and carrying objects over 35 pounds and exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.
  • Ability to operate a golf cart and communicate effectively with guests.

Work Environment:

Work is performed in a dynamic outdoor setting, subject to varying weather conditions and noise levels. The role demands adaptability to frequent changes and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
