TTDT ENTERPRISES is a prominent provider of live remote monitoring solutions, dedicated to protecting our clients' most valuable assets. Established to enhance existing surveillance systems into proactive security measures, we pride ourselves on our innovative approach.

Our National Command Center, spanning 5,000 square feet, operates around the clock, delivering real-time monitoring services that assure our clients of their safety. We cater to a diverse range of sectors, including educational institutions, residential areas, retail environments, automotive dealerships, healthcare facilities, and more.

We are in search of a diligent, responsible, and committed Surveillance Safety Specialist interested in long-term career opportunities in either full-time or part-time capacities.

In this role, the successful candidate will be tasked with observing and interpreting live surveillance feeds to identify and address potential security risks. The Surveillance Safety Specialist is vital in ensuring a secure atmosphere for our clientele, within a culture that values integrity, ethical practices, and transparent communication.

As a Surveillance Safety Specialist at our National Operations Center, you will receive training on various systems that equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary for your monitoring responsibilities, which include:

  • Observing live surveillance feeds to detect potential security threats.
  • Evaluating video footage and promptly reporting any suspicious activities, adhering to client protocols.
  • Performing routine inspections and troubleshooting surveillance equipment to ensure operational efficiency, reporting any issues for swift resolution.
  • Offering assistance and direction to onsite security personnel as needed.
You will be introduced to systems that enhance the operational effectiveness of facilities under our supervision, including Security Cameras, Access Control, Panic Alarms, Network Hosted SMART Systems, Database Management, and Gate Entry.
Continuous training and effective communication are the cornerstones of our organization as we adapt to evolving technology and client needs.

Our trainers and supervisors will collaborate closely with you to ensure you are well-acquainted with the customer accounts you will manage, providing support whenever necessary.

A background in computer usage and customer service is essential.

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in the security sector, law enforcement, or military service is beneficial but not required.

Starting Pay Rate for Day and Swing Shifts:
$16.

Starting Pay Rate for Night Shifts:
$17.
