Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Safety and Security Surveillance Specialist who is interested in long-term career growth in either a full-time or part-time role. The successful candidate will be tasked with monitoring and interpreting live surveillance feeds to identify and address potential security risks, thereby ensuring a safe environment for our clients.

This position offers a pathway into the dynamic field of safety and security, aligning you with a pioneering company in virtual monitoring services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live surveillance feeds to detect potential security threats.
- Analyze video footage and promptly report any suspicious activities following client protocols.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot surveillance equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide assistance and guidance to on-site security personnel when required.
You will gain exposure to advanced systems that enhance operational effectiveness, including security cameras, access control systems, panic alarms, and database management.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and prior customer service experience.
- Ability to work independently and make swift decisions under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience in security, law enforcement, or military settings is advantageous but not essential.
- Must pass a drug screening and have no criminal record.

Compensation: Starting pay rates are $16.00/hour for swing and day shifts, and $17.00/hour for grave shifts.
