Job Summary:

We are looking for a diligent and committed Safety and Security Surveillance Specialist who is interested in a long-term career opportunity. The selected candidate will be tasked with monitoring and interpreting live surveillance feeds to identify and address potential security risks, playing a vital role in ensuring a safe environment for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

As a Safety and Security Surveillance Specialist at our National Operations Center, you will receive training on various systems that will equip you to effectively carry out your monitoring responsibilities, which include:

  • Monitoring live surveillance feeds to detect potential security threats.
  • Analyzing video footage and promptly reporting any suspicious activities in accordance with client protocols.
  • Collaborating with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
  • Conducting routine checks and troubleshooting surveillance equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Providing support to on-site security personnel when required.

You will be introduced to systems that enhance operational efficiency, including but not limited to: Security Cameras, Access Control, Panic Alarms, Network Hosted SMART Systems, Database Management, and Gate Entry.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience with computers and customer service.
  • The capability to work independently and make swift decisions under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED; a college degree is preferred.
  • Bi-lingual skills are advantageous but not required.
  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Must successfully pass a drug test and have no criminal record.

Compensation: Starting pay rates are $16.00/hour for Swing and Day Shifts, and $17.00/hour for Grave Shifts.
