We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer II to join our Gaming Devices + Artificial Intelligence Engineering team at Microsoft. As an Electrical Engineer II, you will play a key role in designing, testing, and manufacturing high-performance gaming devices.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop high-performance analog and digital circuits, component design, and system-level integration.
- Analyze, design, integrate, and validate Direct Current-to-Direct Current converters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize package, Printed Circuit Board, ASIC, and mixed signal circuit design.
- Develop and implement Power Delivery Network (PDN) across packages and Printed Circuit Board.
- Improve Power Integrity (PI) models through lab measurements.
- Work with other engineers to design, test, and debug complex hardware technologies for product development.
- 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with high-performance digital buses, thermal management, advanced power conversion, schematic capture, and layout integration.
- Strong understanding of core engineering principles, analytical process, disciplined methodology, and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive salary range: $98,300 - $193,200 per year.
