Electrical Engineer Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and modifying components used in electronic devices that involve the manipulation, transmission, and storage of electricity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop design documentation for well-defined features and review supplier or partner technical sheets.
  • Analyze data analyses to identify common flaws in feature or product designs.
  • Ensure documentation includes test requirements, determines appropriate test equipment, and carry out test plans on standard features or products.
  • Collect data for external testing and help develop test fixtures for new feature testing and validation.
  • Implement schedules for a feature or product while highlighting potential downstream issues.
  • Help implement risk assessments and communicate progress within the team.
  • Create detailed reports for a product feature or extension, documenting essential details and accurate recording and tracking design changes with guidance.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • OR Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) of technical engineering experience.
  • OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (or currently pursuing a Master's Degree), Computer Engineering, or related field.
