Office Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Cooke Chiropractic. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our providers and patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and scheduling meetings.
  • Communication: Serve as a representative of our organization, communicating with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers, and customers.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our providers and staff, including managing office equipment, optimizing the organizational budget, and carrying out other human resources tasks.
  • Financial Management: Work with our third-party billing system and maintain the accuracy of our EHR system, addressing payments, EOBs, balances, and credits with patients.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our team to maintain a thriving front and back office department that supports every provider within our office.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience: 2+ years of management experience, with a healthcare background preferred but not required.
Compensation:

$16 - $17 hourly
