Harrington Starr is working with a leading broker to secure an Application Support Analyst. This exciting opportunity will allow the successful candidate to provide support for trading and back-office platforms, both internally and externally.

The role involves supporting business users with first, second, and third-line support, as well as liaising between technology departments and business groups to communicate system changes and manage process and trading system documentation.

Key responsibilities include managing vendor upgrades and implementations, dealing with exchange relationships, and client onboarding. Required skills include a strong understanding of Windows environments, Powershell, and SQL, as well as experience in financial services, FIX messaging, and market connectivity protocols.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Windows environments, including Powershell and SQL
