- Provide reports on team and individual achievements.
- Design and implement a training program for outreach personnel to ensure service quality and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team on strategic planning and policy formulation.
- Engage with key community stakeholders to keep them informed of our initiatives and build strong partnerships.
- Develop and execute innovative outreach tactics.
- Forge new partnerships with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, customer relations, or related fields.
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management platforms.
- Exemplary leadership skills.
- Ability to establish rapport with clients.
- Proven conflict resolution and management skills.
- Experience in managing outreach or community initiatives within the non-profit sector is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and respond to emerging needs.
- A passion for golf and an understanding of its role in outreach and community engagement.
Compensation: $94,000-$145,000 annually (salary and bonuses combined, with performance-based potential for higher earnings)
